As our Deli Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team responsible for preparing fresh, high-quality foods while maintaining exceptional customer service, food safety, and operational standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with grocery, deli, restaurant, or food service management experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the grocery store deli department.
• Lead, coach, and support a team of deli associates.
• Prepare and oversee the production of fresh deli foods, sandwiches, salads, hot foods, and other specialty items.
• Ensure food quality, freshness, presentation, and sanitation standards are consistently met.
• Monitor inventory levels, place product orders, and minimize waste.
• Maintain compliance with all food safety and health regulations.
• Schedule team members and assist with training and performance development.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while helping create a welcoming shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Previous deli, grocery, restaurant, or food service management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food preparation, inventory management, and food safety practices.
