Assistant Front End Manager

Are you looking for a rewarding career in a family-oriented environment? Snow's Family Market in beautiful Mercer, WI is currently seeking a dedicated Assistant Front End Manager to join our team. As a Family Oriented company, we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for both our employees and customers.

Benefits Include:

  • Sign on Bonus ($500) on successful completion of probationary period (90 days)
  • Premium pay on Sundays (extra $2.00hr)
  • Holiday pay (extra $2.00hr)
  • Earn 5 PTO days within the first year of employment (New Years Day, Memorial Day,4th of July, Labor Day & Thanksgiving)
  • 1 weeks paid vacation (after one year of continued full-time employment)
  • Supplemental Benefit plan options

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the front-end department & service counter
  • Supervise front end staff to ensure efficient and accurate transactions
  • Train and mentor team members to foster a Family Oriented work environment
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering as needed

Other Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Stocking shelves
  • Cleaning
  • Facing
  • Assisting with shelf tag management

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail experience preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Team player with a Family Oriented mindset
