Assistant Front End Manager – Family-Owned Grocery Store | Mercer, WI

Snow’s Family Market, a family-owned grocery store in Mercer, WI, is hiring an Assistant Front End Manager to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, leading a team, and being part of a friendly, community-focused store, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Support front-end (cashier/checkout) operations
• Supervise and assist front-end team members
• Provide excellent customer service
• Help ensure smooth and efficient daily store operations
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, and general store tasks as needed
• Help maintain a positive, team-oriented environment

What We’re Looking For

• Retail experience preferred (not required)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and team-oriented
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude

Full Time Pay & Benefits

Pay : $17 - $20 per hour depending on experience

• $500 bonus after 90-day probation (performance-based)
• +$2.00/hr Sunday premium pay
• +$2.00/hr holiday pay
• Paid time off (5 PTO days in first year: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving)
• 1 week paid vacation after 1 year (full-time)
• Supplemental insurance options available
